Rangeland Energy, LLC Announces Mr. Steve Broker Joins Company as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Sugar Land, TX, January 7, 2010 - Rangeland Energy, LLC is pleased to announce that Mr. Steve Broker will be joining the Company as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Broker has over 25 years of experience in operations, engineering and management. He was most recently Manager of Business Development and Strategic Project Planning for Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P. Prior positions include Vice President of Western Area Operations and Manager of Operations Engineering. Before joining Sunoco Logistics, he worked for Schlumberger.

Mr. Broker has a BS degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and has completed coursework towards an MBA at Wayne State University.
